Dear Jayson,
Further to our conversation on Monday this week, I wanted to record my praise for the way in which your team handled our move last week.
I have been involved in the service industry for most of my working life. In my experience people are all to quick to write to complain when things go wrong, but rarely take the time to write to say 'well done" when things go well. Wayne, 'Grunt' and Chuck did a great job with the move out on Thursday. They were friendly, courteous, and very helpful (not to mention amusing) right from the start.
On Saturday, Wayne and 'Grunt' did a fantastic job unloading and repacking our furniture into containers. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they packed everything away with great care. It was very important to me to watch everything packed away so I can rest easy whilst my 'worldly possessions' are in your care. Thank you for accommodating me in this respect.
Jayson, thank you again for the way in which you and your team have looked after us with this first phase of our move. I have already recommended your company to a friend of mine, and will continue to do so at every opportunity I wish you continued success and a great 2006, Kind Regards,

Hi Jayson,
This is just a very quick e-mail to say a big thank you to the lads who collected my stuff from Seeheim on Saturday and who delivered to Eastbourne yesterday. Despite the snowfalls in Germany on Friday night nothing was a problem for them when collecting and I was very pleased with the care they took in handling my stuff. The same care and professionalism was also apparent when delivering to Eastbourne yesterday.
